Welcome to Dayton Grade School Dayton Grade School, a K-5 elementary school, is located in Dayton just down Ferry Street from the District Office and the Junior High/High School campus. Mrs. Ewing, Principal and Mrs. Symons, Assistant Principal lead an amazing staff of caring educators. We welcome visitors and hope to share the many wonderful things happening at our school! Will your child or do you know of any children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1st? Families of incoming kindergartners for the 2020-21 school year, who live within the Dayton School District, may contact the school office by calling 503-864-2217 or emailing leslie.young@dayton.k12.or.us to begin the student registration process.
